Your Impact
In this role, you will shake off the monotony of standard production and take full ownership of the machining process. You will:
Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture high-quality, precision components.
Leverage mechanical expertise to interpret complex technical requirements and translate them into flawless physical outputs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and optimizing machine performance.
Maintain rigorous safety standards to ensure a secure, hazard-free, and highly productive work environment.
Solve complex technical problems on the fly, troubleshooting equipment and refining setups for maximum accuracy.

To thrive in this fast-paced manufacturing environment, you must bring the following skills and qualifications:
Proven expertise as a skilled and safety-conscious CNC Machinist.
Deep mechanical aptitude with a strong track record of setting up and programming mills and lathes.
A precision-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and operational excellence.
Flexibility to work Continental Shifts (specifically transitioning between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM).
Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience).

Responsibilities
Set up and adjust mills, lathes, and specialized workholding/tooling (3/4-jaw chucks, collets, vices).
Enforce strict QHSE standards to ensure 100% compliance and safe daily operations.
Plan machining sequences by analyzing blueprints, engineering specs, and GD&T requirements.
Load raw stock into machines manually or via hoisting equipment.
Troubleshoot and optimize live machining processes to maintain tight tolerances and part specifications.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of machining experience, including at least 2–3 years specifically dedicated to CNC Mill and/or Lathe setup.
Technical Skills: Proven expertise in Fanuc operating systems and Okuma G-code, backed by a strong understanding of machine tooling.
Precision: Fully proficient in using and interpreting precision measuring instruments (including ID/OD micrometers, height gages, and thread wires) with minimal supervision.
Soft Skills: Highly punctual team player who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
