Responsibilities
Execute Metal Fabrication: Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery to machine, cut, and shape various metals to exact project specifications.
Drive Production Operations: Execute daily manufacturing workflows to keep plant goals on track and optimize output efficiency.
Maintain Quality & Accuracy: Perform rigorous technical checks and active troubleshooting to guarantee precision and eliminate defects.
Safeguard Operations: Uphold strict safety protocols and technical standards across dynamic, high-capacity industrial facilities.
Qualifications
CNC experience: Bring proven hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines, working with metal is a huge asset!
Technical Problem Solver: Possess strong technical expertise and practical troubleshooting skills within a fast-paced production or industrial setting.
Mobile & Reliable: Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a reliable personal vehicle for consistent access to sites in Nisku, Saint Albert, and Fort Saskatchewan.
Shift Ready: Commit to predictable 12-hour rotational shifts (alternating days and evenings) to leverage structured, consecutive days off.
