In this CNC Press Brake Operator role, you will be at the heart of the production floor, ensuring that every bend and every part meets the highest standards of precision. Whether you are performing complex setups or running high-volume production, your contribution is vital to the success of the manufacturing & logistics workflow. We understand that top talent deserves top compensation, which is why this position offers a highly competitive starting wage of $25.00+ per hour.

Responsibilities
• Continuously monitor and operate CNC machines for the production of high-quality metal parts within the manufacturing & logistics environment.
• Perform full machine setups for the CNC Press Brake Operator role, ensuring all parameters align with technical requirements.
• Read and interpret complex blue prints to determine exact bend sequences and dimensions.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from the CNC machine efficiently and safely.
• Monitor machine operations closely, listening for unusual sounds or vibrations to proactively prevent equipment failure.
• Adjust machine controls and change cutting or forming tools as needed to maintain strict quality standards.
• Perform regular quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, strictly adhering to all company safety protocols and manufacturing & logistics regulations.
• Lift and position workpieces manually or with the assistance of lifting equipment as required by the production schedule.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Press Brake Operator or CNC Machine Operator.
• Proven track record of reliability and excellent attendance in previous manufacturing & logistics roles.
• Demonstrated experience performing rigorous quality checks on final products.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as required in a shop environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based production setting.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Advanced proficiency in blue print reading and technical schematic interpretation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform complex machine setups independently.
• Expert-level use of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, and gauges).
• Critical thinking skills to troubleshoot machine errors or material inconsistencies.
• High level of manual dexterity and physical coordination for material handling.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure 100% accuracy in dimensional tolerances.
