Responsibilities
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents to determine the best programming approach.
- Develop, write, and edit CNC programs for a variety of machines, including mills, lathes, and grinders.
- Simulate and test programs to ensure they meet quality and safety standards before production.
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to troubleshoot and optimize programs, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Esprit, SolidWorks).
- Prior experience working as a machinist with both lathes and mills
- Experience with Fusion 360
