Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, manual mills, and manual engine lathes.
- Input manual code using Fanuc controls and develop programs utilizing Mastercam software.
- Coordinate daily manufacturing schedules, shop floor workflow priorities, and staff assignments in Burlington.
- Mentor, train, and guide a team of 10 machinists and machine operators.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of professional manufacturing industry experience as a senior machinist or lead hand.
- Proven expertise operating a 5-axis lathe, 2D lathe, and 3-axis lathe.
- High proficiency in manual G-code programming alongside modern CAM software applications like Mastercam.
- Possession of a college diploma in machining or a 429A Certificate of Qualification.
