Orchestrate the setup and operation of specialized woodworking CNC machinery to deliver flawless components.
Master wood-based materials, selecting the best techniques to ensure material integrity and aesthetic quality.

CNC Operation: Setting up and operating wood-specific CNC machining centers (SCM, Homag, VSC) for drilling, routing, and shaping.
Material Management: Working exclusively with wood materials; identifying and selecting appropriate tooling for different wood species and composites.
Technical Maintenance: Monitoring machine performance and performing routine tooling changes to maintain precision.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished pieces against shop drawings to ensure all parts meet strict quality standards.
Versatility: Utilizing lathes and mills as needed to support various stages of the woodworking process.
Qualifications
Mandatory Woodworking Background: Must have significant experience in Wood CNC operations. Experience with metal, plastic, or glass will not be considered for this role.
Software/Machinery Knowledge: Proficient in operating SCM, Homag, or VSC equipment.
Technical Assets: Previous experience operating lathes and mills is considered a strong asset.
Documentation: Candidates must provide professional references prior to the interview stage.
Precision: Strong ability to read shop drawings and blueprints with high attention to detail.
