Support the resolution of pending client matters
Facilitate agreements and coordinate with various stakeholders
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflows
Assist in follow-up related to claims and recovery processes
Conduct research to locate key contacts as needed
Refer matters to other areas of the organization when appropriate
Help prepare documentation and manage file transitions
Contribute to general team support and administrative duties
Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in a relevant field
Comfortable communicating in more than one language (English/French or other languages are assets)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Good problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Proficient with commonly used office software
Additional language skills or knowledge of legal/financial frameworks considered an asset
