Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the intricacies of Commercial Real Estate? We are looking for a Facility Administrator II to join our team and help manage a sprawling North American real estate portfolio. • Professional Growth: This is a long-term (1-year) engagement with a strong potential for extension, allowing you to truly own the portfolio.
• Supportive Environment: Work directly under leadership dedicated to Realty Strategy and Space Planning, ensuring your work has a clear impact on the business.
Responsibilities
• System & Data Integrity: Act as the subject matter expert for the Tango lease administration system, maintaining precise financial records and managing the transition of U.S. utility data into Oracle Cloud.
• Financial Excellence: Manage the full payment cycle, from processing rent and brokerage commissions to resolving complex payment issues across Oracle R12, SAP, and Oracle Cloud.
• Portfolio Oversight: Proactively track lease expiries, options, and critical dates. You will be the "early warning system" for landlord performance and compliance risks.
• Audit & Reconciliation: Lead the charge on annual operating expense (CAM) reconciliations and support Lease Accounting submissions under ASC 842.
• Collaboration: Coordinate due diligence for property transactions, manage subtenant billing, and ensure insurance certificates and supplier setups are always up to date.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
• Experience: At least 3 years of dedicated experience in Commercial Real Estate administration or a closely related field.
• Tech Savvy: Proven proficiency in major ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud, Oracle R12, or SAP.
• Financial Acumen: A solid understanding of lease accounting principles and the real estate financial lifecycle.
• Organizational Prowess: Ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks without letting a single deadline slip.
Nice to Haves:
• Specialized Software: Previous experience with Tango, CoStar, or Yardi is a significant asset.
• Advanced Tools: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Legal Familiarity: A background in reviewing real estate legal documents and understanding complex lease structures.
• Relationship Management: Experience acting as a liaison between brokers, landlords, and subtenants.
