Responsibilities
In this Function You Will:
Maintain the commercial integrity of projects by reviewing customer purchase order requirements, conducting monthly project reviews, ensuring system data integrity, and managing financial control measures.
Maintain the technical integrity of projects by reviewing customer specifications, communicating with plant engineers, and providing technical clarifications.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders on project issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-through.
Manage multiple project orders, prioritize tasks, and oversee distributor branches to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree or Diploma relevant to the job description.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in commercial project management.
Proficiency in English, with preferred bilingual proficiency (French & English).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Experience in the electrical industry or related field. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Cloud applications.
Client-first mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn.
