This is a contract position requiring you to work onsite at our client's office in downtown Toronto four days per week.

• Project Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of 10–20 presentations per month, ensuring all deliverables meet strict service level agreements (SLAs) and tight deadlines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a primary point of contact for Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers, collaborating across various internal business functions to fulfill client and consultant requests.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all materials adhere to strict brand guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements through meticulous quality control and risk management practices.
• Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and lead projects that improve team efficiency and standardization.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external clients, effectively navigating diverse personalities and challenging stakeholder environments.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 5–7 years of experience within the Financial Services, Asset Management, or Capital Markets industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with a proven ability to create complex charts and professional presentation content.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Education: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills, coupled with a high degree of attention to detail and a "risk management" mindset.
• Industry Knowledge: A keen interest in investment and market concepts and a passion for learning about the wealth asset management business.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications:
• Certification: CFA designation or other relevant financial accreditation is a strong asset.
• Bilingualism: Proficiency in both French and English is considered an asset.
