As a Communications Analyst, you'll be instrumental in developing and coordinating strategic internal communications to enhance knowledge sharing, team effectiveness, and alignment with business goals. This role involves creating communication plans, producing a variety of deliverables, and managing stakeholder communications for diverse audiences, including senior leadership. You'll be a key partner in supporting project teams, managing content for various communication channels, and helping to facilitate training and transition management activities.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with business initiatives and stakeholder needs.
Produce recurring and ad-hoc communication materials, including presentations, announcements, and team updates.
Manage content and administration for various communication platforms, such as an intranet or SharePoint site.
Support project teams by designing and implementing change management and transition communications.
Create and compile electronic surveys, and manage communication mailboxes.
Assist in assessing training needs and coordinating training activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and team members.
Qualifications
A bachelor's or master’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
A portfolio demonstrating strong writing skills and experience across various communication formats (e.g., presentations, emails, articles).
Experience in corporate communications or communications within a project-based environment is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategic presentations for executive audiences.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and experience using electronic communication software like SharePoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
