Own and manage the enterprise broker communications calendar, driving prioritization, cross-departmental coordination, and scheduling transparency.
Monitor performance metrics, evaluate campaign outcomes, and present data-backed recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders.

Serve as the primary strategic liaison between Marketing and Broker Distribution to ensure full alignment on priorities, key messaging, and campaign rollouts.

Oversee broker feedback loops, forums, and survey initiatives to capture actionable insights that enhance partner satisfaction.

Act as the lead communications subject matter expert for the broker distribution channel.
Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Underwriting, Customer Experience, and Business Transformation.
Coach, mentor, and guide the Broker Communications Specialist, supporting their professional development and ensuring execution excellence.
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience & Credentials
7+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, public relations, content strategy, or a related discipline.
Proven track record of developing strategic communication initiatives for external audiences, ideally within insurance, financial services, or broker/agent distribution models.
Exceptional writing, editing, and audience-centric content development skills.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Hands-on experience leveraging customer analytics, engagement data, and campaign performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex editorial calendars, surveys, newsletters, and integrated communication programs simultaneously.
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Technical Skills
CRM & Audience Management: Experience with Salesforce CRM (audience management, reporting, analytics, campaign support).
Content & Marketing Automation: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaign, or Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
Analytics & Reporting: Exposure to web analytics platforms and email marketing tools.
