Audience Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments and messages. Initiate proactive conversations on other relevant social feeds to increase brand visibility.
Content Publishing: Schedule and publish content across YouTube, Google, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and Instagram, ensuring maximum reach and brand consistency.
Community Building: Develop relationships with followers, advocates, and influencers. Encourage user-generated content and support online events or contests.
Expert Copywriting: Write compelling, authentic copy for posts, stories, and community interactions that align with the brand’s unique tone.
Analytics & Strategy: Use Hootsuite and Sprinklr to track engagement metrics, identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategies based on data.
Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in community management or social media (Agency experience is a plus).
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of YouTube, Google, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management tools, specifically Hootsuite and Sprinklr.
Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms and audience segments.
Soft Skills: An empathetic, creative, and proactive mindset. You should be resourceful in addressing challenges and seizing viral opportunities.
Bilingualism (Bonus): Fluency in French and an understanding of the Quebec market is considered a strong asset.
