As a compliance and risk management analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical mobile device management and enterprise IT security frameworks. Operating within a fast-paced environment, you will monitor Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions, action risk-based vulnerability alerts, track mobile operating system exposures across iOS, macOS, and Android platforms, and maintain audit readiness. This position demands a technically grounded individual with direct hands-on mobile security experience who can hit the ground running with zero ramp-up time to ensure continuous mobile endpoint compliance and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities
Monitor Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) services to ensure continuous platform availability, policy enforcement, and compliance.
Review the Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM) dashboard to evaluate Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs) affecting mobile operating systems and applications.
Assess and action immediate technical vulnerability notices, including new exploitable vulnerabilities, overdue exposure alerts, and risk escalations.
Initiate formal vulnerability risk findings and upload monthly Out-of-Compliance (OOC) data to risk governance teams for policy reconciliation across corporate and BYOD environments.
Analyze mobile compliance dashboards to resolve enrollment errors, policy drift, and non-compliance incident trends.
Maintain an audit-ready environment by keeping technical procedural documentation and vulnerability knowledge articles updated.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements or best practices to enhance team productivity and security posture.
Collaborate actively in team performance objectives, technical discussions, and cross-functional security engagements.
Qualifications
Core Technical & Compliance Requirements
UEM / MDM Deployment Experience: Proven hands-on experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting devices through Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
Mobile OS Platform Expertise: 2 to 3 years of direct hands-on experience managing mobile operating systems with a primary focus on Apple (iOS/macOS) and Android environments.
Enrollment & Policy Optimization: Strong understanding of device enrollment workflows, configuration optimization, and baseline compliance enforcement across mobile platforms.
Vulnerability & Risk Frameworks: Familiarity with Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM), CVE tracking workflows, and IT security compliance principles.
Technical Recency: Strong technical grounding with direct, recent functional experience managing mobile endpoint compliance.
Preferred Experience & Assets
Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), wireless networks, and network security protocols.
Soft Skills & Professional Attributes
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical issues and engage effectively across security teams.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Excellent research, decision-making, and analytical capabilities with keen attention to detail.
