At our facility in Etobicoke you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Recovery+ team as the Compliance Coordinator :
- Maintain carrier, driver, and asset profiles; ensure accuracy across regions.
- Manage permits (IRP, IFTA, NY HUT, CVOR) and regulatory compliance for Canada and the USA.
- Conduct audits on driver, truck, and trailer files; oversee Hours of Service (HOS) and ELD compliance.
- Review telematics data and dashcam footage; report incidents, trends, and safety concerns.
- Track and report collisions, convictions, parking violations; manage accident reporting and insurance claims.
- Generate mileage and fuel reports for tax and regulatory purposes; support compliance projects and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate driver onboarding, safety training, and act as escalation point for unresolved compliance issues.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in safety and compliance administration within the trucking/transportation industry.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends; data-driven mindset.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, Power BI knowledge preferred.
- Familiarity with federal and provincial safety regulations and permitting requirements.
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and risk assessment abilities.
- High ethical standards, accountability, and attention to detail in all compliance activities.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement.
