• Manage the entire lobby experience: welcome guests, receive and catalog visitor information, and orient new clients, acting as the professional first impression.
• Actively manage and maintain building security by coordinating with Building Security, receiving and announcing visitors, managing access levels, and escorting vendors/guests as required.
• Proactively seek out additional work during downtime to ensure maximum efficiency and engagement.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and logistics inquiries: troubleshoot issues related to access cards/turnstiles, log contractors, direct requests to building maintenance, and manage common inquiries (mail room, bike storage, loading dock).
• Fulfill high-touch concierge requests, including arranging car/limo services, assisting with restaurant reservations/recommendations, and providing directions for local amenities.
• Maintain control and meticulous records of all building keys and log all incoming/outgoing packages and deliveries.
