Our client is in search of a Project Coordinator that has a strong track record of working on commercial / residential projects with full-cycle project experience preferred. The Project Coordinator will be working in the office, doing occasional site visits, and planning and preparing project schedules under the Project Mangers guidance. This individual will also be responsible for coordinating and scheduling subcontractors on jobsites while working closely with Site Superintendent to monitor and track progress on projects.

Responsibilities
● Order materials and coordinate delivery to job site
● Schedule crew members on a weekly basis
● Project folder organization and document updating
● Work closely with Site Superintendent to monitor and track progress on projects
● Schedule recurring project update meetings with various stakeholders & record meeting minutes
● Support Project Manager with estimating costs for new business bids (RFQ’s)
● Respond to any RFI’s that come in from subcontractors
● Oversee subcontractor and material costs, ensuring projects remain within budget
● Ability to read and understand construction drawings
● Communicating with clients: advising of scheduling, requesting information as needed, and seeking signoff for contract changes/change orders
Qualifications
● Minimum 2 year of experience as a Project Coordinator in the ICI construction industry or related field
● Working knowledge of construction scopes and activities, scheduling, project management and contract software
● Advanced knowledge of MS Office; experience with project management software Procore, preferred
● Experience working with Ontario construction codes
