Consumer Goods Production Manager

Responsibilities
• Directing all aspects of the operational lifecycle to achieve targets and uphold rigorous standards.
• Leading and and developing a dedicated team, cultivating a positive and productive workplace.
• Designing and executing strategies to boost efficiency and elevate benchmarks.
• Upholding stringent protocols and regulations, ensuring a secure working environment for all personnel.
• Overseeing the maintenance and functionality of critical assets to ensure seamless operations.
• Strategically managing resources to support operational demands.
• Playing a key role in developing and implementing initiatives aimed at improving overall site performance.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated strong leadership and management capabilities.
