What you’ll do
As a Container Recycling Sorter, you’ll be at the heart of operations: right on the floor where materials take shape. Your day-to-day:
· Safely sort, grade and place recycled materials according to department requirements and production standards.
· Help with housekeeping, equipment and yard cleaning, Schaeffer washing, snow removal and assisting truck drivers.
· Perform occasional groundskeeping, including light gardening once a month.
· Support the team and pitch in on various tasks as needed.

You are a natural fit for this role if you have:

· An interest in hands-on, team-based work.
· Resourcefulness, initiative and a positive, collaborative attitude.
· A willingness to learn; training is provided.
· The ability to work outside in seasonal hot and cold conditions.
· Good hand-eye coordination.
· The ability to work independently unless there is a project.
· The ability to stand throughout the whole shift.
