Our client, a dynamic and agile agency, is looking for a Content Creator to be a core part of their Digital Marketing Team, which includes Social Media and Strategy specialists. This is a key role in developing and executing a high volume of projects (4-5 active projects/week) that require a deep understanding of current platform trends and a strong UGC style.
You will be involved in the entire content lifecycle, from brainstorming and client briefing to shooting, editing, and offering strategic advice on content that performs well. The client base is a mix of food & beverage, automotive, and home/personal care brands. You will be required to work from the office and on location, with a blend of in-house studio work and on-site shooting (e.g., at food client sites or automotive dealerships)

Responsibilities
Collaborate with account teams and the Digital Content Director to understand project briefings and deliver on content needs.
Serve as the expert on social media platform trends, offering advice on effective content strategy.
Manage the full production process: sourcing props, food styling, prepping scenes, and performing on-location and in-studio shooting.
Edit content, with a focus on video, using tools like Adobe Premiere and CapCut.
Maintain an engaging and outgoing presence when working directly with clients.
Be comfortable working with pets, as the client portfolio includes pet food brands.
Work in a hybrid model: typically 3 days per week in the office for key deliverables
Qualifications
3+ Years working as a content creator with applied experience in an agency environment
Content Production Skills: Demonstrated skill in video editing, strong camera skills, and experience with various social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram/Meta).
UGC Expertise: Proven ability to create high-quality, authentic User-Generated Content (UGC) style assets.
Communication & Collaboration: Highly collaborative, outgoing, and skilled at facilitating conversations and presenting ideas for brainstorming.
Preference will be given to talent with experience with food styling or having worked on food brands is a plus.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in video editing software, notably Adobe Premiere and CapCut.
