The Opportunity
We're seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own the entire content strategy and execution. You'll oversee all content production, ensuring it aligns with broader marketing and business objectives. This role requires strong business writing skills, especially in payments, ERP, or banking for B2B financial services, and includes content planning, website management, and performance optimization.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Manage all marketing content, from writing and editing to quality assurance.
Collaborate with executive, marketing, product, partnerships, and sales teams to provide essential assets and collateral.
Conduct in-depth content audits and optimize content for SEO and performance.
Monitor content KPIs (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) and report performance to leadership.
Partner with marketing, design, and product teams to create content aligned with business goals.
Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging content formats, and new technologies.

What You Bring
5+ years of content management experience in the payments, ERP, or banking industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience writing for B2B financial services.

Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing teams.
Basic SEO knowledge and experience tracking content performance.
