Production & Localization: Update existing marketing materials and presentations with new content and data in both English and French.
Data Visualization: Read and interpret complex data concepts from Excel and translate them into accurate, visually compelling charts and infographics without the need for constant guidance.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure all deliverables adhere strictly to established brand guidelines while maintaining a high standard of graphic design excellence.
Project Management: Manage an unpredictable workload effectively, multi-tasking across various projects to meet rigorous established deadlines.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various members of the Marketing department to ensure design consistency and departmental alignment.
Accessibility Compliance: Apply AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) requirements to all produced materials to ensure inclusivity.
Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Production Artist.
Technical Proficiency: * Advanced: Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign.
Intermediate: Microsoft Excel (specifically for charting) and Adobe Illustrator (specifically for charting, icons, and infographics).
Industry Knowledge: Strong preference for candidates with a background in the Finance industry. Experience in other technical sectors such as Healthcare or Technology will also be considered.
Skills: * Deep understanding of financial and data concepts.
Proven ability to work in a bilingual environment (English/French).
Strong detail orientation and process-driven mindset.
Familiarity with AODA requirements is highly preferred.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
