Responsibilities
1. Identification and analysis of opportunities for improvement: Perform process audits, collect and analyze production data to identify sources of productivity losses.
2. Implementation and management of optimization projects: Develop and implement innovative solutions to reduce costs, improve delivery times and optimize the use of resources.
3. Training and support for teams: Design and facilitate training on continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) and provide support to employees in the application of these tools.
4. Performance monitoring and measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate the gains made, and adjust actions as necessary.
5. Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with logistics, production, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure effective implementation of improvement initiatives.
6. Technology watch and benchmarking: Monitor trends and best practices in terms of continuous improvement, propose solutions inspired by the best practices on the market.
7. Promotion of a culture of continuous improvement: Raise awareness and involve all staff in a proactive approach to improving processes and operational performance.
Qualifications
Must have:
-Mastery of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, VSM, etc.).
-Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred,
-Ability to analyze data and propose concrete optimization solutions.
-Excellent project management skills.
-Ability to work in a team and to support change.
-Rigors, analytical skills and strength of proposal.
-Proficiency in computer tools (advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI is a plus).
