At our facility in St-Marys you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Tissue / Packaging / Corporate team as the Continuous Improvement Manager (NOC 90010) :
Provide ongoing guidance, support, and coaching to Line Centric Team (LCT) members and facility's team members, fostering operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Work closely with site management to identify improvement opportunities and support production development, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
Actively coach and develop direct team members to enhance their skills, foster professional growth, and ensure the achievement of team objectives;
Maintain and enhance the plant’s continuous improvement program, ensuring alignment with Lean Production System principles;
Leverage facility's data to prioritize initiatives, define project requirements, scope, resources, team members, tasks, and project owners;
Lead cost reduction initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools, and train team members at all levels in methodologies like Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Set-up Reduction, Standard Work, Visual Management, and more;

You too, put forward your strengths:
Minimally three (3) years of professional experience in continuous improvement in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Minimally two (2) years of professional experience with maintenance operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment
A post-secondary degree in business administration, engineering or any other relevant field
