Responsibilities
Take the lead on identifying and executing continuous improvement projects across all departments.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools to streamline processes and reduce waste.
Work closely with production, quality, and leadership teams to uncover opportunities and turn them into results.
Build a culture of improvement by training, mentoring, and inspiring employees at all levels.
Monitor and report progress on key metrics to ensure initiatives deliver lasting value.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operation Management.
5+ years of leadership experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive industry.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving systemic improvements.
Strong knowledge of MES/MRP/ERP systems, with demonstrated SAP expertise.
Proven ability to lead in a 24/7 operational environment with rapid decision-making needs. Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call support to sustain 24/7 operations.
Six Sigma Blackbelt or Greenbelt certification.
Working knowledge of IATF 16949 or other automotive quality standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
A self-starter with strong communication skills and a “let’s get it done” attitude.
Proven ability to influence teams, lead workshops, and deliver measurable results.
