Responsibilities
High Level Description
This role supports team by completing routine, standardized tasks and maintaining accurate records, while developing foundational knowledge of supply chain contracting processes and systems.
Provides administrative and operational support to the SCM Contracts Center team.
Drafting of complex agreements.
Drafting of amendments.
Specific Accountabilities
Prepare, format, and assemble agreements including Service Agreements, Form Construction Agreements, Engineering Service Agreements, and Consulting Service Agreements based on companys Authorized Contract Templates.
Support document routing for internal reviews, approvals, and execution.
Assist with Contracts Center Request (CCR) intake, including logging requests, checking submissions for completeness, and reporting on metrics/KPIs
File executed contracts and supporting documents in accordance with records retention and naming standards.
Respond to routine inquiries regarding CCR status, documentation requirements, and process steps, escalating complex questions to the Specialist
Scope/Dimension
Operates under close guidance and supervision from SCM Contracts Center Specialists or leadership.
Work is procedural and task-focused, following defined processes and templates.
Limited decision-making authority; issues, exceptions, and risks are escalated.
Accuracy and timeliness directly support contract execution and audit readiness.
Contacts/Working Relationship
Internal:
SCM Contracts Center Specialists – daily task coordination and guidance.
SCM Personnel – administrative coordination related to hand-offs and documentation.
Business Stakeholders – limited interaction related to request status or missing information.
External:
Minimal external contact; may assist with administrative document exchange under direction.
Qualifications
Required:
Post-secondary diploma or coursework in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent administrative experience.
0–3 years of administrative, coordination, or office support experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); willingness to learn enterprise systems such as SharePoint and Oracle Cloud.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage routine tasks, deadlines, and instructions in a structured environment.
Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Preferred:
Previous exposure to procurement, contracts, legal, or supply chain environments.
Experience with document management or tracking systems.
Interest in developing a career in supply chain or contract administration
