This role requires managing scheduling for external contractors and internal staff to achieve contracted objectives. Working both in the office and in the field, you will serve as the central point of contact in representing project owners and liaising with all stakeholders (contractors, designers, inspectors, agencies, and the general public) throughout construction.

Responsibilities
◾Responsible for the construction phase delivery of major sewer rehabilitation projects.
◾Lead project meetings, including kick-off, progress, and close-out, and prepare all necessary documentation.
◾Prepare and manage contract administration documents, such as payment certificates, RFQs, RFI responses, Change Orders/Directives, and Field Instructions.
◾Manage, negotiate, and control contract changes, resolve/mediate conflicts, and handle claims.
◾Supervise field inspection staff and ensure the quality of daily observation reports.
◾Conduct field visits, inspections, and provide site support as needed.
◾Contribute to constructability reviews and specification development during the design phase.
Qualifications
◾Civil background with substantial (5 + years) experience and specialization in existing linear water and wastewater infrastructure rehabilitation.
◾Experience in trenchless installation technologies (e.g., CIPP lining, slip-lining, pipe bursting, etc.).
◾Individuals who have previously held a Construction Manager or Supervisor, or Construction Project Manager or Coordinator role are well suited.
◾Must be Licensed as a Professional Engineer OR Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
◾Working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Construction Act of Ontario is required
