User Empowerment & Training: Provide tools, training, and BI access (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to foster a culture of self-service analytics across business units.
Data Governance & Quality Standards: Establish data governance frameworks, maintain enterprise data dictionaries, and enforce business rules to ensure source-to-target data consistency, accuracy, and auditability.
IT Collaboration & Service Management: Partner with IT engineering teams to troubleshoot source system issues, optimize data feeds, and align IT service delivery with business requirements.

Qualifications
Financial Industry Depth: 10+ years of progressive experience operating within financial institutions, with deep domain expertise in banking operations, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
Advanced Tableau Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, with a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying complex, interactive dashboards and enterprise reports.
Data Management & Analytics: Expert knowledge in collecting, organizing, profiling, and analyzing large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to support business decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management: Demonstrated ability to partner with diverse stakeholder groups, lead change initiatives, and deliver technical projects on time and within budget.
