Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Systems Operation: Command a state-of-the-art Homage automated line, including the Robotic Storage Yard, Beam Saw, CNC Routers, and Hot-Air Edgebander.
Operational Excellence: Partner with the Operations Manager to execute precision manufacturing and meet strategic weekly production targets.
Asset Stewardship: Execute and document rigorous preventative maintenance schedules to ensure peak machinery performance and longevity.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a "zero-defect" mindset, conducting continuous quality inspections at every stage of the production cycle.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively analyze and refine machine functions to maximize throughput and operational efficiency.
Safety Leadership: Uphold and exceed industry safety standards within our clean, modern facility.
Collaborative Agility: Contribute to a "one-team" culture, assisting in various departments during high-priority "all-hands" operations.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Excellent computer skills (primarily Windows) and proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Chat).
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills in English.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; push or pull up to 150 pounds (rolling cart/pallet jack); and the ability to stand, sit, stoop, reach, and bend for long periods.
Own general hand tools.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant.
Experience operating panel processing machinery.
