With a "hands-on," action-oriented approach, you will take charge of key administrative functions, including finance, HR, and IT. Your role will allow the president to focus on strategic growth and operations.

Responsibilities
Finance:
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage local financial processes (AP/AR, payroll coordination, compliance).
Serve as the key contact for audits, banking, and other external financial stakeholders.
Human Resources:
Oversee local HR administration, employee records, and policy compliance.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
Manage employee relations and ensure legal compliance.
Information Technology:
Ensure the smooth functioning of local IT infrastructure and user support.
Coordinate the implementation of group-wide IT systems and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a CPA designation (an asset).
Experience in a public accounting firm.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Bilingualism (French and English), due to international exposure.
