Responsibilities
- Lead with Impact: You'll oversee all financial operations, from cost accounting to the general ledger, ensuring our financial reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable.
- Drive Strategic Decisions: You'll go beyond the numbers, preparing insightful budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses that help our leadership team make smart, data-driven decisions.
- Build a Strong Foundation: You'll be the champion of our internal controls and compliance, ensuring we operate with integrity and efficiency while safeguarding our assets.

Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Business Management or similiar plus your experience in the manufacturing industry is your superpower. You understand the unique complexities of cost accounting, inventory, and production.
- A Proven Leader: You have a track record of building and managing high-performing teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the business.
- Technically Savvy: You're a pro with ERP systems and leverage your advanced Excel skills to uncover valuable insights, not just crunch numbers.
- An Expert Communicator: You can translate complex financial data into a clear and compelling story that anyone can understand, from the shop floor to the executive suite
