Responsibilities
* Lead the month end, quarter end and year end close process
* GL accounting
* Financial Reporting
* Tax and related CRA remittances
* Lead the Audit process
* ADP Payroll (oversee) - experience in Canada required and USA preferred but willing to train
* Proven experience with WIP (work in progress) and Revenue recongnition
Qualifications
* prior experience in full cycle accounting, taxes remittances, financial statement preparation, GL accounting, tax and audit
* experience working in either construction, manufacturing, design or related project based work environments
* experience with Payroll (not to process but to oversee) in Canada and USA
* CPA professional designation
* proven experience leading a team and driving culture and performance
