Content Strategy & UX: Develop and implement standardized naming conventions, field descriptions, and instructional patterns to improve user experience consistency across applications.
SharePoint Redesign: Reorganize and maintain a modern, intuitive SharePoint site to ensure team content is structured logically and kept current.
Change Management: Partner with the Change Management practice to draft communications, readiness materials, and training content for system rollouts.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Analysts, and technical teams to validate content accuracy and align with business objectives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Technical Writing, Copywriting, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in content writing, content strategy, or technical documentation.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
Experience creating training materials, job aids, and system process documentation.
Core Competencies: * Strategic mindset with a high degree of attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to manage multiple content tracks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proactive personality willing to suggest improvements to existing processes.
Preferred Assets: * Background in Financial Services, banking, or credit/lending systems.
Experience in UX writing or standardizing UI labels and terminology.
Knowledge of change management communications.
