We're looking for an experienced Counter Sales/Inside Sales Representative to join a great team in Oakville. Working in the plumbing and heating industry, you'll get to apply your knowledge of this industry on a regular basis. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be expected to be a team player with top-notch customer service skills, and a great attitude! You will become an integral part of a busy team, and a large organization with locations across the city!

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Determine needs of the customers and provide best possible solutions
Learn and keep up on knowledge of products and services offered by the company
Recommend and suggest add-ons, replacements, or special products as necessary
Coordinate with vendors about product availability and timelines of the same
Maintain good records, and help resolve any customer complaints that might arise
Qualifications
Experience in the plumbing and heating industry is required
HVAC product understand is a strong asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Proficient in computer systems and ERP systems (AS400 is ideal)
