Location: Guelph, ON (Hybrid 3 days in office required)

Responsibilities
Replenishment Strategy: Utilize VMI and CPFR best practices to eliminate stock-outs, maximize fill rates, and optimize order quality through MOQ and lead time adherence.
Customer Centricity: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, leading weekly meetings and leveraging empathy and persistence to achieve excellence in customer service.
Data Analysis & Forecasting: Drive forecast accuracy by analyzing POS consumption and sales trends to influence truck planning and inventory allocation.
Operational Excellence: Manage the "Perfect Order" initiative, reducing costs by resolving root causes of inefficiencies and navigating logistics challenges with 3PL warehouses.
Item Lifecycle Management: Lead supply chain planning for new product launches and discontinuations to maximize sales and minimize unsaleable goods.
Compliance & Reporting: Monitor and report on key KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, CFR) and ensure adherence to Vendor Compliance Programs.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a 3-year Degree/Diploma (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain Operations.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools ; experience with Integrated Planning systems is essential (SAP, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Smartsheet, Power BI, etc.)
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to turn complex data into influential business cases that gain support from key account partners.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Language: Professional fluency in English is required; Bilingualism (French/English) is considered a strong asset.
