- Base salary range for CR Equipment Operator $23.33 to start $25.06 after 3 months
- Schedule : either Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday Day shift
- Boot and/or tool allowance
- Telemedicine, Group insurance
- Financial Benefits: Profit Sharing Plan, Retirement Plan with company matching, Stock Options & Annual flexible reimbursement program

By applying your expertise within our facility in Kelowna, as the CR Equipment Operator:
Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, the successful candidate will carry out the following:
► Perform daily pre-trips and blowdowns of equipment prior to operating.
► Comply with all the Company’s safety policies and procedures
► Complete necessary paperwork related to shipping / receiving etc.
► Operate all necessary equipment required for the performance of duties in the assigned area.
► Load / Unload trucks in a safe manner
► Maintain a clean work area and follow all safe operating procedures
► Help in other areas as needed

► Forklift Certification (loader experience an asset)
► High Standard of Safety in busy yard and dock area
► Able to keep calm in a highly intense environment
► Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
