Responsibilities
Manage the full production lifecycle for video, animation, and radio projects, from initial creative approval to final delivery.
Secure and manage relationships with third-party vendors, including production and animation houses, audio specialists, and post-production teams.
Develop and maintain project budgets in collaboration with creative teams and marketing managers.
Oversee all aspects of production planning, such as location scouting, talent auditions, and securing crews.
Create detailed shoot schedules, call sheets, and pre-production decks.
Serve as the primary communication link between creative teams, marketing managers, and external resources.
Lead on-set discussions, ensuring creative integrity is maintained while adapting to real-time changes.
Facilitate all project meetings from pre-production through post-production.
Ensure all final deliverables meet broadcast approval standards, advertising regulations, and quality control requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of video production experience.
At least 3 years of experience as a Creative Producer.
Prior experience working within an in-house creative department or a creative agency.
Proven ability to build and manage production budgets effectively.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
