Responsibilities
Creative Workflow Management: Design and continuously improve workflows for intake, briefing, and approvals; establish processes for prioritization and resource allocation.
Project & Operations Leadership: Oversee projects from concept to completion, maintaining accurate documentation and identifying risks to keep timelines on track.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between creative teams and stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and alignment with campaign goals.
System Integration: Support the integration of creative assets into Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and other marketing tools.
Process & Technology Optimization: Evaluate and implement project management systems and develop reporting dashboards to track operational metrics and resource utilization.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Professional Experience: 5+ years in creative operations, project management, or agency account management, preferably within an in-house agency setting.
Industry Knowledge: Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and complex creative production workflows.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or Smartsheet.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and champion operational best practices.
Bonus Credentials: PMP or similar Project Management Certification and experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
