Responsibilities
Documentation & Compliance: Review, update, and analyze credit documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines.
Operational Support: Support the Sales Channel by ensuring complete and accurate data input into origination systems and assisting in the preparation of loan documentation.
Customer Centricity: Provide guidance to business partners and customers regarding credit products while meeting strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Risk Management: Identify and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities, ensuring all necessary due diligence is performed to support transaction accuracy.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency within the credit processing workflow.
Team Collaboration: Participate in a team of 15, contributing to a positive work environment and participating in knowledge transfer and cross-training activities.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
Education: Post-secondary education (Undergraduate degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a professional or corporate environment.
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; robust problem-solving abilities.
Location: Must be local to Vancouver and able to work onsite 4 days a week.
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous experience with mortgage lending concepts or real estate documentation.
