Hours: Rotational (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM); includes one Saturday every 4–5 weeks

Responsibilities
Documentation & Compliance: Review, update, and analyze credit documentation to ensure adherence to internal policies and federal regulatory requirements.
Operational Support: Support the Sales Channel by providing guidance on credit products and ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Data Integrity: Ensure complete and accurate data input into the origination system to assist in the preparation of loan documentation.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities, ensuring necessary due diligence is performed on all transactions.
Problem Solving: Act as a primary contact for internal partners to resolve issues regarding credit applications and documentation.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity and operational efficiency within the team.
Team Collaboration: Participate in a positive, inclusive team culture (15+ members), contributing to knowledge transfer and a supportive work environment.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary education (Undergraduate degree preferred) or equivalent corporate experience.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a professional or corporate environment.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with branches and internal stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to work across multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
Requirements: Must be local to Edmonton and able to work onsite 4 days a week (no exceptions).
Note: Candidates holding a current Mortgage or Real Estate license will be disqualified from consideration.
