The successful candidates will be primarily focused on back-office operational support, ensuring the quality and compliance of credit documentation. This is a one-year contract position starting November 17th, with the potential for extension and conversion based on performance.

Responsibilities
Provide operational support to the Sales Channel and Credit Underwriting function, maintaining a strong customer-centric mindset.
Review, update, and analyze all incoming credit documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to all regulatory and internal requirements.
Accountable for completing a range of responsibilities associated with Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) products, often involving multi-step processes across various systems and applications.
Support partner relationships by providing operational and credit processing activities to ensure business objectives and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Interpret credit policies, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines to ensure all loan documents meet applicable standards.
Accurately input data into the origination system to support the preparation of loan documentation.
Handle partner and customer problems appropriately and in a timely manner, escalating non-standard or high-risk issues as necessary.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education (High School Diploma/Undergraduate degree) and/or 1+ years of relevant experience in a professional/corporate environment.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively interact with business partners and internal teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to analyze data and documentation for accuracy.
Must be local to the work location and able to adhere to a primarily Onsite model (4 days a week in the office starting in November).
Previous experience or understanding of Mortgage Lending concepts or real estate secured lending.
Previous experience in a financial or regulated environment.
