What We’re Looking For
Certified Pro: Valid, current Sit-Down Counterbalance certification is a must.
LTL / Cross-Dock Veteran: Direct experience in a fast-paced LTL transportation or cross-dock setup is strongly preferred.
Spatial Genius: Sharp spatial awareness with a deep understanding of trailer configurations, axle weights, and securement.
Grit & Reliability: A self-motivated team player who shows up on time, takes pride in their work, and executes effortlessly.

Responsibilities
• Operate electric sit-down counterbalance forklifts in a busy cross dock/LTL environment
• Use stand-up stock picker equipment to pick and put away product
• Load, unload, move, and organize freight and product safely and efficiently
• Stock loose pick bins and pick customer orders accurately
• Re-barcode cases and return products to high bay storage
• Assist with inventory put-away during delivery days (800–1200 cases shared across team)
• Perform daily and weekly warehouse cleaning duties
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Work closely with team members in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Qualifications
• Valid forklift certification for both reach truck and sit-down counterbalance forklifts
• Previous cross dock, LTL, warehouse, or freight handling experience preferred
• Experience operating electric forklifts required
• Physically fit and able to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong English communication skills required
• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork abilities
• Must have reliable transportation as the location is not accessible by transit
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high daily volume demands
