Schedule: Day Shift — Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00/hr

Responsibilities
Assemble fresh food shipments with high accuracy using RF scanners and physical pick sheets.
Safely maneuver Crown Reach Trucks across high double-deep racking, operate Sit-Down Counterbalance forklifts, and walkie riders.
Offload incoming trucks, count shipments, inspect product and packaging quality, and load outbound trailers.
Monitor reefer unit and inventory temperatures closely while following strict HACCP, CFIA, and cold-storage sanitation guidelines.
Conduct regular cycle counts, assist with full inventory audits, and optimize product staging across the warehouse.
Qualifications
Bring 3+ years of practical experience driving Crown Reach Trucks (high double-deep experience preferred), Sit-Down Counterbalance forklifts, and Walkie riders.
Hold a valid forklift certificate, or bring an expired/in-house certification (we will re-certify you)
Comfortable working in cold-storage and freezer environments ranging from 1°C to -23°C (34°F to -10°F). Full cold-weather gear is provided (freezer suit, bibs, balaclava, and gloves).
Combine hands-on RF scanner expertise with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly for hand-piling.
Supply your own CSA-approved steel-toe boots and warm base layers/beanie (we supply all heavy thermal outer gear).
Hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License with access to reliable personal transportation for day shifts in SE Calgary
