Responsibilities
- Building and fostering strong customer relationships
- Database management and accurately entering and processing sales orders
- Finding solutions to customer problems
- Provide support to the outside sales team and technical sales reps
- Prospect new customers and keep up-do-date about company's product offerings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous inside sales/CSR experience with Fluid Power, Power Transmissions and Insutrial Components is mandatory
- Experience with SAP is needed including MS Office applications
- Proactive and positive team player who takes initiative
- Outstanding communicaiton and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and problem solving abilities
