In this role, you aren’t just "pushing buttons." You are the vital bridge between complex architectural engineering and high-end artistry. Working with premium materials and intricate designs, you will be responsible for transforming detailed blueprints into flawless wood components where precision is the only standard.

Core Responsibilities
Precision Machining: Execute complex CNC programs to produce high-tolerance wood components.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret architectural drawings and CAD files with absolute accuracy.
Quality Calibration: Perform meticulous setups and tool changes, ensuring the machine is perfectly calibrated for each custom run.
Material Optimization: Manage high-grade wood stocks efficiently to minimize waste while maximizing aesthetic output.
What You Bring
Experience: Proven track record in CNC machining (specifically within the woodworking or cabinetry industry).
Technical Literacy: Ability to navigate sophisticated controller software and troubleshoot program issues on the fly.
The "Artisan's Eye": A deep understanding of wood properties and how they react to different tooling and speeds.
Focus: The mental discipline to maintain high-precision output in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate wood-specific CNC machines
Load and align raw materials to prepare for machining cycles
Monitor the cutting process to ensure parts are accurate and troubleshoot any issues
Perform basic daily maintenance and cleaning to keep machines running smoothly
Follow all safety protocols and use guards to ensure a safe working environment
Inspect finished parts using calipers and hand tools to verify they match the work order
Handle and stack finished wood products carefully to prevent damage to the finish
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience operating CNC machines
Previous experience specifically within a woodworking or furniture manufacturing shop
Hands-on experience with CNC Equipment
Ability to read work orders and follow technical instructions accurately
Comfortable using manual tools like calipers, chisels, and files for fine adjustments
Strong commitment to shop safety and hazard reporting
