Your Role

As Customer Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. 
Your scope includes:

• Own customer accounts and order portfolios end-to-end, proactively identifying risks and taking action to ensure consistent service delivery
• Anticipate and manage operational disruptions by analyzing supply chain constraints and making informed, timely decisions
• Influence cross-functional partners (Sales, Planning, Logistics, Production, Billing) to align on priorities and drive effective solutions
• Navigate ambiguity by assessing incomplete or changing information and determining the best course of action for the customer and the business
• Independently prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment, balancing customer expectations with operational realities
• Lead resolution of complex issues and escalations by investigating root causes and coordinating stakeholders toward outcomes
• Identify recurring challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes, efficiency, and customer experience
• Exercise sound judgment in order management activities, ensuring decisions consider broader operational and financial impacts
• Drive operational excellence by proactively identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and cross-functional communication
• Maintain clear, strategic communication with stakeholders, influencing outcomes and ensuring alignment on expectations and resolutions

What you bring

• Experience in customer service, order management, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced operational, supply chain, logistics, or customer fulfillment environment
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate complex situations professionally
• Intermediate to advanced experience with ERP systems, Excel, and case management tools
• Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to identifying solutions
