As a Customer Service & Parts Sales Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for domestic and international clients. Working within the manufacturing & logistics department, you will manage the entire lifecycle of parts sales, from initial inquiry and technical quoting in the ERP system to final delivery coordination. Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and incoming work requests to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Process detailed quotations and sales orders within the ERP system, maintaining strict accuracy and adhering to pricing guidelines.
Assist the management team with the development of pricing structures and sales strategies.
Manage the end-to-end sales order process, coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.Process warranty claims, non-conformance reports, and customer credit notes efficiently.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and technical inquiries.Facilitate technical support and contribute to the creation of aftermarket training programs and marketing literature.
Analyze large data sets to provide reporting that supports management decision-making.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and order conflicts with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
Monitor sales revenue and issue regular reports to the leadership team.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or higher qualification.
Minimum of two years of office-based experience in a customer support role or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet applications, with advanced Excel skills considered an asset.
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritizing abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with international and domestic clients.
Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to deal with complex variables in non-standardized situations.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Mathematical proficiency to calculate figures such as discounts, margins, proportions, and percentages.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional and team-oriented demeanor.
Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to comprehend complex instructions and correspondences.
Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms as required for the role.
Capacity to interpret various instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
