Assignment Length: 12 months with possibility to extend.

Responsibilities
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related sales or customer service role within the CPG industry.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a Business program or a related field.
• Proven experience navigating ERP systems.
• Familiarity with claims and deductions clearance processes is highly preferred.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (9 am – 5 pm) on-site in Mississauga.
• Must be a self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a larger team.
Qualifications
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with vlookups and complex formulas.
• Strong technical aptitude with previous experience interacting with ERP systems (QAD preferred).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple changing priorities.
• Resourceful problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external liaison.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
