Utilize internal tracking systems to trace and locate optical frames and orders within the facility.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal team members regarding order status and priorities.
Perform quality checks on outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
Assist with receiving and stocking incoming materials and supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the shipping and receiving area.
Contribute to the team's overall efficiency by providing support where needed during peak periods.
