Responsibilities
As the customer service representative, you are the face of our organization and the gatekeeper of a seamless client experience.
-The VIP Experience: Personally greet and assist clients and principals from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your goal is to anticipate needs and ensure an effortlessly smooth transition.
-Operational Support: Be the primary contact for key professional staff (such as technical and logistical teams), coordinating their ground-side needs and support services.
-Triage Expert: Manage high-touch service requests in-person, over the phone, and via email with flawless execution and total professionalism.
-Admin: Maintain smooth operations with essential administrative tasks and reporting.
Qualifications
-Tools: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
-Experience: 2+ years of front facing customer service.
-Language: English only, but bilingualism in English and French is an asset!
